Patti Minglin
Director of Strategy & Client Experience
Patti Minglin is the founder and CEO of Go Girl Communications, where she helps business owners and leadership teams get clear on what they want to say, how they want to say it, and how to carry that story through their marketing.
She founded Go Girl in 2011 after a career in publishing and has since grown the company into a strategy-first consultancy focused on clarity, alignment and stronger storytelling.
Patti is also a speaker, facilitator and moderator for corporate, civic and leadership audiences, and serves as Chair-elect of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce.
She holds degrees in English and Communications from Ball State University — fitting for someone who built a career around helping people figure out what they’re really trying to say.
Carisa Deegan
Founder/CEO
Carisa Deegan is Director of Strategy & Client Experience at Go Girl Communications, where she helps turn big-picture thinking into clear direction, thoughtful systems and a client experience that actually works.
She first joined Go Girl as a fractional COO and quickly became an integral part of how the company thinks, operates and supports its clients. Her background spans marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing and operations, including work with brands such as Chief, Firstleaf and Sittercity.
Carisa is especially good at the space between “we know something needs to change” and “here’s what we do next.” She asks the questions that surface what’s really getting in the way, brings structure to the messy middle and helps clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
